Women in the Wilderness:
Our next outing is scheduled for MAY 22nd!!! We will be hiking a Cougar Mountain Loop which is 5 miles in distance. This is moderate hiking. There are points of interest, wildflowers and a great view of Lake Sammamish. Bring a lunch and $3 for gas. Meet at EUMC at 9 am. We should return by mid afternoon.

Women's Ministry Book Club:
Do you love to read and often wish you could discuss a great book you have read with others? Then the Women’s Ministry Book Club may be just the group for you.
United Methodist Women:
A community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. The local unit is comprised of smaller groups called, Circles. At Edmonds United Methodist there are 4 circles. The larger local unit meets for a luncheon meeting on the 1st Wednesday of each month. All women are welcome and the cost is $5 per person. For information & reservations, call the church office. UMW does not meet during the summer, so look for updates as fall approaches!
